If you currently do business with Ameritas of New York, complete and sign our eServices Agreement online, making it easy to request any of these services.  Or call 800-628-8889 to set your group(s) up with eServices. You're eligible if your group has 10 or more enrolled employees, your updates are done by Ameritas of New York and you receive your billing from Ameritas of New York.
